Only indoor adult cats and indoor adult dogs (at least one year old) are allowed, up to 25 lb each. Maximum of 2 pets per unit. Small caged animals (birds, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, fish, hermit crabs, turtles, frogs, small lizards) are allowed without deposit or pet rent, limited to 2 (fish in reasonable amount), up to three aquariums totaling no more than 40 gallons.

Pet Policy

Only indoor adult cats and indoor adult dogs are allowed; adult is defined as at least one year old. Deposit and monthly pet rent are per pet. Small caged animals are allowed without a deposit and pet rent. Small caged animals that are allowed are common domesticated household birds, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas and aquarium/terrarium animals including fish, hermit crabs, turtles, frogs, and small lizards. Animals such as birds of prey, iguanas, ferrets, snakes, rats, mice, insects, arachnids (including spiders and scorpions), livestock, or any other exotic animals are not allowed. No animals are allowed that are venomous, biting, stinging, constricting, or pose a threat of infestation. Small animals are limited to a maximum of two, with the exception of fish which should be kept to a reasonable amount, and must be kept confined in appropriate and reasonably sized cages or aquariums/terrariums. Resident shall not have more than three aquariums and the total combined capacity between all aquariums shall not exceed 40 gallons.

Sherwood/Tualatin South is a large town off Interstate 5 just 12 miles south of Portland. The dynamic town is made up of cozy suburban neighborhoods, schools, and community parks that attract many residents. Many of the modern rentals are clustered in the far western and northeastern corners of town. The northeastern section of Sherwood/Tualatin South is also the commercial district. Tualatin Lake at the Commons, a business plaza centered around the lake, Nyberg Rivers, an outdoor mall, and more entertaining retail centers are nestled in this section of town. More amenities offered by Sherwood/Tualatin South include peaceful parks and trails like the ones along Rock Creek.
